More than one inch thick of double layered felt with an additional 1/2" of padding at the bars.
Designed by Eric Lynn, these Pack Pads provide extra cushioning along the bars and lack any contour to ensure a secure fit for small mules and donkeys. Measuring 24" along the back and 34" wide, these pads are perfectly proportioned for smaller donkeys around 45" at the shoulder, ensuring coverage of the ribs without excess length.

The small standard size pad is just the ticket for my 46" donkeys. The mini size pad is almost too small for the packsaddle and a standard pad is definitely too large. These keep the donkeys comfortable and fit just right! Great product!
